Professional Pack Dog Walking Leader | $30/hr Start + Bonuses – Redmond, Kirkland

Transform Your Animal Care Experience into a Rewarding Career

About Us: We’ve built our reputation providing premium private 1-on-1 dog walking services across the Eastside. This required a major commitment to reactive dogs and rescues who can’t be around other dogs, which needed a specific kind of walker (our owner) that can control these dogs. We’ve grown to fill an entire schedule and now: we’re expanding our business offerings into professional pack walks with dogs that can interact with other dogs on walks to meet growing demand while highlighting our safety focused service for discerning eastside pet owners.

We work with clients that use non-force (treats & redirection) and a hybrid/limited force (only correct when they see squirrel, etc)

Now we need another unique walker who can manage not just a group of 4-6 dogs, but several groups daily and grow into the role with our entire marketing budget behind you.

All across the eastside, dog daycares are closing and other dog walking competitors can’t figure out how to provide an eastside pet service job that pays eastside wages to it’s employees. We think we’ve cracked the code, and we also think we have a unique edge in client retention & acquisition strategies. We believe in paying competitive wages that reflect the Seattle Eastside market and the skilled nature of this work.

The Role: Professional Pack Walk Leader will lead group adventures for 4-6 dogs in beautiful local greenspaces and trails around the eastside. You will exercise confidence and excellence when handling a group of dogs, and you’ll demonstrate safe handling practices in crossing streets, etc.

These are structured walks with limited sniffing and all dogs will be under your control.
